Here's Why You MUST Respond To Negative Reviews

Here's why you MUST respond to negative reviews (even when you want to crawl under a rock and pretend they don't exist...) 🗯

First of all, sticking your head in the sand will hurt your local SEO because Google looks at how many poor reviews go unanswered. Search engines much prefer if you address reviews, rather than leave them with no response.

Secondly, reaching out to disgruntled customers can make you look more credible. Address the reviewer by name and apologize directly, while mentioning solutions you're willing to provide to remedy the situation.

This will de-escalate a particularly disgruntled customer, and it looks better to other potential customers who are looking at your reviews.

A well-handled complaint can be a huge asset to your business in making you look credible, trustworthy, and professional. They don't have to be the end of the world!
