About the Brand & Website Accounts Manager position

As the pivotal member of our team, you are responsible for strategising, overseeing and delivering the brand and website projects. Think of yourself as the gatekeeper to happy clients. Reporting to the Director, you will be delivering an end-to-end service while fostering exceptional client relationships.

The Account Manager will move effortlessly between partnering with clients to create strategic marketing plans to precision focused markups and delivering brand and website projects that inspire, engage, connect and convert, all while ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs and visions into a unique brand or website design
  • Responsible for the execution of client projects
  • Manage client relationships and portfolios for brand strategy, design, digital, SEO & brand execution, website conversion & optimisation, market research & brief planning
  • Operational delivery of projects through our Client Management System
  • Oversee client portfolios across client website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and Email Marketing Platforms (MailChimp, Mailerlite, Klaviyo) to help achieve client objectives
  • Project quality control with precise markups, direction, and coordination of in-house and freelance team members
  • Manage projects across a variety of mediums


About You:

You are an expert at managing multiple projects whilst maintaining positive client relationships and your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage effectively with your team, clients, and third parties.

Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency
  • Must have a solid understanding of graphic design, website creation, CMS, CRM, and digital media
  • Proficiency with general account management tasks (quoting, scoping, briefing & tasking)
  • Exceptional communication & engagement skills with your team, clients, and third parties
  • Efficient in working in fast-paced environments, keeping your project team accountable and on track
  • Keen attention to detail & up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Passion for learning new things & honing your skills
