WHAT YOU GET: EXPERTS ON SPEED DIAL

  • Access to your reserved prepaid packaged hours that do not expire. Use them all at once or keep them on-hand for whenever you need them in the future.
  • One-on-one time with our professional marketing consultants, conducted over Zoom or Google Meets.
  • Reserved and available hours, anywhere from 4 – 35+ hours of guaranteed hands-on support or consulting per week. Simply choose the hours you need, let us know when you need them and we reserve them in our project calendar for you.
  • Charged as billable units, hours are tracked by time spent on the tasks and pro-rata charged to the hourly rate of our senior or junior level staff member who has worked on your task. Each team member has a personalised individual time cost rate. E.g. a junior works on your task, the report will record a juniors time rate. A senior works on your task their senior time rate is recorded until the billable unit amount is used. Individual rates can be found in your client portal with us.*
  • Time tracking and reporting is conducted on our client portal to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Already have a project with us?

  • To get started with ad hoc support, select the number of hours you require for your micro-project and simply add to cart. Purchase your required number of ad hoc hours
  • We will create a micro-project for you and confirm your tasks via the client portal.
  • Once we’ve scheduled your tasks, you are ready for our hands-on brand and digital marketing support service hours.
  • You can now use your precious time for something else and let us complete your micro-project tasks.

New Client? Here's How It Works

  • Our one-to-one Consultations with one of our project team members or strategists are conducted via Zoom.
  • Once you have purchased your hours, in 3 business days, you will be set up on our portal and provided with a brand profile form and private custom booking link. This is your link to book face-to-face time to discuss the tasks you want us to work on.
  • All new clients are subject to a one-time new client set-up fee charged prior to project scheduling*.
  • You will be set up on our client portal so you can track and monitor your hours.
  • We will then schedule in your pre-purchased hours to be used (they do not expire).
  • Once your hours are used or your task is complete, you will be notified on our client portal and we will either send you the final work, or schedule a discussion on what you want us to work on next.
  • Schedule your virtual help hours at a time that suits you & let's get started!

PLEASE NOTE: An initial face-to-face online meeting with us is required so we can plan the scope of work required and kick-off on your project tasks!
