By booking a consultation, you will have the opportunity to get expert hands-on help and knowledge from Peggy and her team. We don’t just talk the talk; we walk the walk. As a digital integrated consultancy, our clients expect the best and we deliver done-for-you websites, brands and content that gets tangible results (that our clients really can brag about!) So we are perfectly positioned to provide short hands on help to get you over that hurdle that stops most DIYers. 


How does this highly personalised consultation service work?

  1. Add your 2 Hour Consultation to cart: Proceed to process your order.
  2. Check Your Inbox: Upon viewing your order confirmation page, check your inbox. There, you will find a personalised email from Marketing Your Brand with a direct link to schedule in your virtual consultation time. (You can access this link at any time, there is no pressure to book in immediately).
  3. Make Your Calendar Booking: Note down your order confirmation number and then answer the questions in your booking link, and make a time that suits you. You can expect to find the following questions:
    1. What Workshop you are currently in
    2. What are you working on
    3. And what do you need hands-on help with? 
  4. Attend Your Scheduled Consult Time: All hands-on help is offered via a Zoom or Google Meets call with Peggy. Depending on the complexity of your request, Peggy will either perform the hands-on help with you over the call or she will organise your hour of assistance to be performed by her appropriate team member.

Your workshop attendance gives you special access to discounted online consultations and hands-on help because we know exactly what stage of marketing help you require.

Our workshop action-plan and tutorials provide you with the right knowledge to prepare for your consultation, as you are already aware of the required work background and direction from the workshop, we can save time because you are already prepared with the answer and direction we need to give you hands-on help for.

For example, if you require website design hands-on help, you would have already worked through the workshop module, prepared your content, messaging and strategy - so all that is left to do is take your words and re-design your webpage - that's where we can help. 

By following our workshop action-plan, we are better able to directly assist you in a short amount of time.

Consultation Hours Of Service

Our consultation hours are offered in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) - Brisbane Time:

Monday - Friday 10am to 2pm, 6:30pm - 9pm.
Saturday 9am-12pm.

These hours of availability were selected to offer flexible times for all types of business founders.  

Please note, code & graphic design time will usually be done by a Marketing Your Brand team member. Peggy will then report back to you once your 2-hours of scheduled work is complete. If it requires two hours or more, Peggy will tell you in your meeting. If you do not wish to proceed you can reschedule your 1 hour for another task or project job.
